NanOptika’s production facility is in the northern part of Moscow, the city of Zelenograd.
“NanOptika” LLC is an innovation company, its production facility is equipped with brand new high precision robotized СNС lathes, certified and calibrated metrology systems, air and water purifying complexes to assure high quality of production of monofocal IOLs with the readiness to manufacture sophisticated toric lenses to meet specifics and requirements of any ophthalmologist and his/her special patient.
Most operations are automated, yet we control every single lens manually for quality.
The total area of clean rooms is over 480 m2; of which 300 m2 are certified to ISO 8, another 180 m2 are certified to ISO7 (GOST ISO 14644-1-2017).
The production has an autonomous water treatment system and a brand-new climate system, renovated in 2019
MANUFACTURE
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ISO 13485: 2016
Our production complies to ISO13485:2016 standard requirements. We have being audited every year since 2015.
PRECISION EQUIPMENT
Nanoptika’s high-precision equipment allows production of IOLs of different complexity and unique patented edge shape preventing from cell migration and the development of secondary cataracts.
PATENTED POLISHING TECHNOLOGY
We use special innovative materials to polish our lenses over 6 days to get ideal smoothness of surface.
HIGH-PRECISION METROLOGICAL EQUIPMENT
The protocol of deviations control in lens geometry after mechanical processing is carried out using optical interferometry.
At the final stage after final cleaning, hydratation (for hydrophilic IOLs) and nanopolishing NanoCrystals are checked for the optical properties. The control of optical power, resolution, spherical and chromatic aberrations of IOLs under the established protocols ensures the release of NanoCrystals of the highest quality.
COSMETIC CONTROL
Before packing into an individual container, we check every lens for transparency and smoothness of the optical field to prevent patients’ visual disorders.
STERILIZATION ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
We sterilize intraocular lenses in accordance with international standards to ensure the purity and safety of the intraocular lens.
