Hydrophobic and hydrophilic acrylic for NanoCrystals is produced by leading international manufacturers from ultra-pure polymers.
“NanOptika” LLC is an innovation company, its production facility is equipped with brand new high precision robotized СNС lathes, certified and calibrated metrology systems, air and water purifying complexes to assure high quality of production of monofocal IOLs with the readiness to manufacture sophisticated toric lenses to meet specifics and requirements of any ophthalmologist and his/her special patient.
Most operations are automated, yet we control every single lens manually for quality.
Our production operates under the requirements of the highest quality standards to meet ISO13485 and ISO9001. We confirm our certification annually.
